These terms apply to the Third Ring website and to the text-message alert program described below. Our business customers also sign a separate service agreement.
Third Ring provides an AI phone assistant that answers calls for our customers, records the details, and notifies the customer staff. The assistant is an automated system, not a person. It is not a substitute for emergency services: in an emergency, call 911.
Mobile information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with its operation.
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated transcripts and summaries can contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior three months.
Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per month. Minutes beyond the plan are billed at the overage rate shown on our pricing page, and the monthly total never exceeds the price of the next plan up for the minutes that plan includes. Invoices are due within 15 days. We may suggest a larger plan if you regularly exceed your included minutes.
